When COVID-19 started to affect our immediate area, we wanted to showcase how the Club was focusing on new cleaning protocols with our PRO Club Clean campaign. This fun video reached over 1.5k people, received 22 comments, and was sent in direct messages nine times through Instagram.
Due to the positive feedback, we installed touchless faucets at all three of our PRO Club locations when we originally were going to only install them at our main location.
PRO Club is made up of three locations and over thirty different businesses. With six different Instagram channels alone, we wanted to find a way to create commonality through the different pages while still letting their own business personality shine through.
I came up with the concept of using graphics to create a common thread between all of our channels. They help add balance to our overall feed, and they also have been extremely engaging. Our members love commenting on our “Would you rather” questions!
